We offer various levels of support such as Urgent Care, Elderly Care, Palliative Care and more. We engage with clients to jointly plan their person-centered package. Our professional care staff foster a working relationship with private clients to enable them to live comfortably and independently with the assurance of services.
Currently, our office base is in Grantham and our services are delivered mainly to communities in Grantham, South Lincolnshire and North Cambridgeshire areas.

EA complimented DW (carer) for his work, and taking on extra shifts: “…as a thank you, we would like to add £50 on top of DK wage for this shift. DK has been amazing throughout the last few weeks and we are very thankful for his professionalism and dedication to our clients”.
During care visit, SU stated that her son asked her what she thought about her new care staff (Oakfield Care Ltd? She told him: “I’m really happy with their work and I wouldn’t mind if they moved in with me”, she said jokingly. Family stated: “we are very pleased to our mom happy and receiving great care”.
Exploring the possibility of using male carers in the interim, SC reassured that: “…The response from Oaksfield Care is measured and responsible”.
During morning visit, NOK shared: “SU really likes you because you spend time with her and talk with her, you don’t just rush in and out”.
During a chat about Christmas, SU and daughter stated: “You guys are doing a marvelous job and you work so hard. Thank you for outstanding care!”
In response to introductory call and discussion about starting care package, SU was still in hospital. JT shared: “Amy, thank you so much. You are the only who has helped me make sense of everything!”
Ending contract, SM shared: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for caring for my mum, myself and D have had some great conversations.”
After care assessment visit, MC said: “thanks so much, we know what’s happening and feel relieved. You have taken time to explain everything well and we are happy with everything”.
During Night Care visit and shadowing, R stated: “Thanks so much. I am glad we found you, we (on behalf of family and PA) are very impressed with you.”
R sharing as spontaneous feedback concerning SU and family’s experience:
“Hi A, just wanted to check in… I must say I am so impressed with the care he is getting from you, we did have a company before Xmas and I was walking into mayhem every morning so I just wanted to say thanks too as everything’s been perfect!”
During Care review meeting, NOK shared: “Thanks for all you do for my dad, he is doing so much better and he is happy!”
During Night Care visit, MO complimented care staff by saying: “You are all doing a great job…thank you so much, I don’t know what I would do without you…R (PA) and yourselves, everything is going really well!”
Requested if we could take on extra call with the family’s consent. We said yes, we are happy provide extra support: “Thanks you for getting back to me. That’s fantastic to hear that you’d be able to take those calls, it would make such a difference to my life.”
During consultation meeting: “I love your passion. You’ll be surprised how many managers I have met that just want to skim by and do it for the money they feel they will gain at the end of the day.”
Dennis says: SU’s wife complimented us on our work and her confidence in us taking over the care package as the old PA is leaving.
SU complimented Haluk saying: He is a good lad, very nice helpful. Helped turn on the shower and made breakfast. Daughter of SU: also added he seems to care about dad.
